Returns Policy - Babe in Shape
We are happy to offer returns on any items purchased within 7 days of receiving them. To be eligible for return, products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Return Process:
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive an in-store credit note, which is valid for 6 months. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.
Courier Costs:
Courier costs are non-refundable. Any credit note issued will only cover the cost of the returned item and will not include the return shipping fees. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, or if any items are broken or damaged, please contact us immediately. To help resolve the issue, kindly provide photographs of the damaged items. We will work with the courier service to ensure the matter is addressed. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or delays during transit, unless you have opted for delivery insurance. We strongly advise purchasing insurance at checkout.
Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular-priced items may be returned.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
